Ham Radio for Beginners Communities
Distribution channels where this audience already asks questions and shares recommendations. Use them to validate demand before writing, and to seed your own community later.
Channel by channel
r/amateurradio and r/HamRadio carry frequent new-licensee questions about first radios, exam anxiety and repeater etiquette. Treat specific threads as qualitative signal, not measured demand, and follow each subreddit's self-promotion rules before linking any content.

Forums
MediumARRL-affiliated local clubs and QRZ.com forums host licensing classes, VE test sessions and gear troubleshooting threads. Local clubs are also where many beginners actually find a mentor (an 'Elmer'); referencing real club testing schedules is more useful than generic advice.
