About AffiliateNicheSites
Every affiliate site that died in the last three years of Google updates had the same autopsy: no distribution plan, no community, total dependence on a single traffic source. We built AffiliateNicheSites to teach the model that survived — a niche site and a community, built together.
The founders
Grant Ongstad — Co-founder
Grant Ongstad (@2whazzuup) has built, grown, and sold affiliate niche sites across multiple verticals. He's lived the full cycle — niche selection, content systems, monetization, and exit — and the cohort curriculum is the exact playbook he used, rebuilt for what survives post-Helpful-Content-Update. He focuses on finding underserved angles, building distribution before relying on search, and turning a site into a sellable asset.
Kevin Glover — Co-founder
Kevin Glover (@gloverbuilds) has been in SEO and affiliate marketing since 2015, running a marketing agency where he launched large-scale campaigns across events, B2B, B2C, and healthcare — deploying millions in growth spend for clients and partners. Since 2017 he's built his own affiliate and digital businesses. That combination — a decade running campaigns for brands plus years operating his own — is why he spots the patterns behind programs that work and the mistakes that kill the ones that don't. His healthcare-marketing background shapes how we handle YMYL content: carefully, cited, and never overclaimed.
Between their own sites and the campaigns they've run, the two have driven over $4 million in affiliate product sales — that's tracked items sold through their links and campaigns, not a revenue claim. Both builders. Both still in the game.
Our editorial standards
- Commission rates are verified on official program pages and date-stamped in every article; rates change, and we say so.
- Traffic and revenue figures from third-party tools (Ahrefs, Similarweb, Semrush) are labeled as estimates.
- We disclose affiliate relationships before the first affiliate link on any page.
- Health, finance, and pet-health content is educational only — not professional advice.
- Income examples are historical, not promises. Most affiliate sites earn little or nothing without sustained work.
