We find your account clear of violation…

About two weeks ago I blogged that I had received the dreaded “Your account is currently under network quality review” email from ePN.

Well, I’ve heard back from them. Everything is fine, thank goodness.
Here is the complete text of their email to me:

Dear X,
Thank you for your patience, we have completed our review of your account. Based on the information you provided, we find your account clear of violation. Your account is active and was not suspend during our review. We thank you for your cooperation and your efforts in promoting eBay.

eBay Partner Network Quality Team

Since I’ve always tried to stay on the good side of all the ePN rules and regulations and policies, I was fairly confident that no violations would be found. But there was that niggling worry that they might find something that I didn’t know about and that would cause ePN to shut me down with no recourse. That still worries me.

  • Glossary

    ACRU -- a new, active confirmed registered user on eBay. That means an individual who: (a) registers for an eBay account for the first time; (b) becomes a Confirmed Registered User (CRU) by confirming his or her registration with an eBay-supplied password sent by email; (c) then becomes active by placing a bid or using BIN to purchase an item on eBay , all within 30 days of their original registration.

    CRU -- Confirmed Registered User

    GMB -- Gross Merchandise Bought. eBay sales generated by your EPN websites.
