Here is my new niche site devoted to biker t shirts–specifically, Harley-Davidson t-shirts.

I had a hunch that there might be a bunch of people buying and selling Harely shirts on eBay. Using my eBay research tool (Terapeak), I learned that in the past 90 days there were about 38,000 listings with “Harley-Davidson tshirt” in the title and the total sales for the 90 days was $182k. I discovered that the “biker-t-shirt.com” url was available. Using the Google AdWords keyword tool, I learned that the keyword “biker t shirts” is Googled about 6,600 times month. This seemed like a good potential for traffic, so I threw up a site devoted to biker (Harley-Davidson) tshirts.

I like to minimize the number of “advertisement” links on my home page–no Adsense, no affiliate links, only one link to eBay. I think this helps my search engine results page standings–haven’t been sandboxed yet.

I like the Mandigo Wordpress theme, but I worry about using it for all of my EPN niche sites.

I use the “phpBay” Wordpress plugin to create posts and pages with multiple items listed for sale. For adding individual listing pages automatically, I like the Auction2Post eBay plugin. Right now, A2P is set to add one listing per hour.

Hopefully this blog post right here will get my biker t-shirt site indexed by G. If not, I can place a short ad on UsFreeAds.com–I’ve done that before and it seems to work very well.

That’s it. I could spend 1000 hours fine-tuning the site, but I consider it good enough for now. Let’s see if it gets any traffic.
