HO-Scale Steam Engines

steam-locomotivesHere in the Upper Midwest model railroading seems to be popular with a lot of folks. Back in my teenage years I was excited about HO scale trains. I spent a lot of time studying the layout plans published in Model Railroader magazine. I would sketch up my own layout designs. (Geeky, I know–I’m sure this influenced my current career as a mechanical engineer.) Anyway, I never did have my own model RR layout, but I have always had a passing interest in HO scale steam locomotives. This was the inspiration for my December EPN Site #1 — it is devoted to the HO scale steam locomotives niche.

    ACRU -- a new, active confirmed registered user on eBay. That means an individual who: (a) registers for an eBay account for the first time; (b) becomes a Confirmed Registered User (CRU) by confirming his or her registration with an eBay-supplied password sent by email; (c) then becomes active by placing a bid or using BIN to purchase an item on eBay , all within 30 days of their original registration.

    CRU -- Confirmed Registered User

    GMB -- Gross Merchandise Bought. eBay sales generated by your EPN websites.
