Ceiling Speakers Niche Site

My most recent nice sites is devoted to ceiling mounted audio speakers. While researching niches and keywords, this one popped on the radar. Google’s AdWords Keyword Tool told me there are 27,000 searches for “ceiling speakers” per month. And my eBay research tool told me there was $341,000 in sales of items titled “ceiling speakers” in the past 90 days on eBay (about 1900 items sold with the average selling price being $180). This looks like a potential profitable niche. The next step is to do some article marketing and link building in order to move up in the SERPS.

    I am curious as to what eBay research tool you are using to get sales dollars. Do you care to share?

    Yeah, where do you get the figures for eBay sales? This would be great information to have.

    I use this tool (Terapeak eBay Research) to get all my eBay sales figures. It is great for finding niches with high-sales volume.

    ACRU -- a new, active confirmed registered user on eBay. That means an individual who: (a) registers for an eBay account for the first time; (b) becomes a Confirmed Registered User (CRU) by confirming his or her registration with an eBay-supplied password sent by email; (c) then becomes active by placing a bid or using BIN to purchase an item on eBay , all within 30 days of their original registration.

    CRU -- Confirmed Registered User

    GMB -- Gross Merchandise Bought. eBay sales generated by your EPN websites.
